Nomel, use the brown/blue wire at the smart junction box located inside the driver kick panel for your reverse wire. Hope this helps. Good luck with your 2010 Ford Explorer stereo installation.
Trying to install double din head unit with rear view camera in my 2010 Ford Explorer. where do I tap for the reverse wire?
Manny, it depends on which way you're routing the power wire from the engine bay to the trunk. Also, it depends on whether the amp will be mounted on the driver side or the passenger side. We recommend you run your power cable on the same side as the battery and mount the amp on the side side as the battery to insure that you have enough power cable length. Choose a amp kit with 20 feet of power cable to make sure you have enough length. Here's where we get our amplifier kits for installs:
